Return Policy

At Royal Garden we value our customers and stand behind our quality products and we make every effort to deliver products that exceed your expectations. In the event that damage occurs in transit, you received the incorrect product or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us with-in 7 days of receipt at 1-866-988-3300 and we will work with you to correct the order.

 

If you are not satisfied with your outdoor furniture purchase for any reason the following return policies and procedures apply:

 

A return must be initiated with-in 7 days of receipt. Appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and return shipping and pickup fees may apply.  If you refuse an order for any reason other than damaged or defective product, a return handling charge of 20% of the purchase price and any return shipping and pick-up fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  A credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase within seven (7) days from when the item has been received at our Returns Distribution Center. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and all returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
